In order to get ahead and be one of the top sales reps you have to be liked by management. They say they pay 100% of their claims when they don’t. ![]() & I don’t feel like I’m being picked on or over looked. I’m not ignored or treated unfairly by management. ![]() I’m making the same if not more at a less stressful environment. I stuck around so long because I didn’t think it was other companies out there with the same earning potential. There’s no real structure here and they don’t care how talented and skilled you are over the phone. The managers let certain reps get away with things and other reps who they don’t like they fire over the same thing other reps do. This Company has been through at least 3-4 owners since I started back in 2018. A lot of times they’ll tell you “I’m learning as I go” when they don’t have a answer for something. The management team are clueless most times and if you are a critical thinker you’ll find yourself knowing more then they know. Your worth ethic doesn’t matter though they’ll still find a reason to fire you like you wasn’t overly devoted and gave them your all. They want you to work 12 hour work days during the week and weekends which i did because getting deals during the week are up and down and I strived for 6 figures. Weekday off days were taking away and they said the “state enforced 6 day work weeks” They tell you that it’s great earning potential in the beginning during training but as soon as you get on the floor it’s sink or swim. They took away incentive being put on prepaid cards they gave us in said they were putting it on our pay checks which makes it harder to track to see if they actually put it on there and so they can tax it at the end of the year. There are reps crying during work and after work depressed about leads. There is no culture at Endurance and most times employees are dealing with a lot of mental stress due to the fact leads are controlled and you are only on the great side of things if you’re white or if you’re one of the managers favorites. Most of us are not the mid managers favorites so we dont get the good leads so this is really going to make alot of us quit. Every SECOND we are on the phones we should either be getting paid or given the opportunity to get paid, otherwise it's free labor. It is unacceptable that Endurance gets FREE LABOR from it's sales rep every second they are on the phones with existing customers AND IT COUNTS AGAINST THEM. Every sales rep should file a complaint because the HR Department here is basically non-existent. Everyone then goes back & pretends like its not affecting every single sales reps pockets. When pressed on this, middle managers either straight up lie or they say "they'll get back to you" and then offer a poor excuse as to why. We do it for free AND it counts against us. So every second, every minute, that we spend on those calls. It's literally designed so that the sales reps loses money while the company continues to make money of their free labor. What I'm referring to is the new comp plan ( 4th time they changed it since I've been here BTW so if you're a new employee, I promise you, it'll change again) The company is getting free labor from its sales reps because we reps get customer service calls everyday, multiple times, thus affecting our overall percentage and affecting our new pay scale. PTO is very horrible here you can take a day off for dealing with these people unless you work three months straight but if you are upper management which is all white and Hispanics no black leadership’s at all they can take all the pto they can and expects us to work every single day without feeling burnt out.Īt some point you have to come to a realization as to what KIND of company we are working for and who's in charge. We are helping and trained to do four different departments with no pay increase or pto as well. ![]() Micro managing is very difficult to work for this company imagine you think the call went smooth and you are still getting nit picked about a call that happened two weeks ago but never get appraised for all the good calls you did as well. This job also is very negative poor moral and also dealing with people who are very disrespectful but management only cares about customers not the employees who work there tails off and go over beyond but only contacted if a bad call was made. This position will over load you with other responsibilities and not pay you for it.
